If we’re able to remember, in our last food for thought we left off in speaking concerning a man who was wise, for he operated in all understanding of wisdom, plus the fella was a very attractive man, this fella’s name was Rikayon. This wise fella Rikayon, he left Shinar heading to Egypt at a time in which Oswiris, the son of Amon, king of Egypt being king; this Rikayon did, to show Oswiris his wisdom, so he would be able to support himself. As we of the Leadership Team of Grace Message Church Ministries had penned in the epistle which is posted on Grace M Church Facebook page; on Rikayon’s arrival into Egypt, he tried to survive the way common folks were surviving; by selling the substance of the ground. This way of life Rikayon, the wise attractive man took up after learning that he just couldn’t get an appointment with the person at the top. Because the person at the top, he only made himself available one day of a year. This appearance of once a year, it kind of sounds like the impotent man who was at the poor for thirty-eight years, waiting for a time to receive something. For the water in the pool was only troubled once a year, assumed to be at Passover, which kind of lines up with one of the reasons in why Yeshua, the true Passover Lamb arrived there, to deliver the man from his sin (better known as his infirmity). This truth concerning an infirmity being the cause of a sin; it’s revealed in verses 5-10 of the 2nd chapter of the scroll of Mark which is penned in these words coming out of the Amplified Bible: when Yeshua saw their [active] faith [springing from confidence in Him], He said to the paralyzed man, “Son (WHICH IS SPELLED WITH A CAPITAL S AND NOT A SMALL s) which indicated that this man of the palsy belonged to Elohiym; so Yeshua said to him, your sins are forgiven.” But some of the scribes (BEING RELIGIOUS FOLKS) were sitting there debating in their hearts [the implication of what Yeshua had said], “Why does this man talk that way? He is blaspheming; who can forgive sins [remove guilt, nullify sin’s penalty, and assign righteousness] except God alone?” Immediately Yeshua, being fully aware [of the religious folks hostility] and knowing in His spirit that they were thinking this, so He said to them, “Why are you debating and arguing about these things in your hearts? Which is easier, to say to the paralyzed man, ‘Your sins are forgiven’; or to say, ‘Get up, and pick up your mat and walk’? But so that you religious folks may know that the Son (WHICH IS SPELLED WITH THE SAME CAPITAL S, AS WHEN YESHUA CALLED THE MAN WITH THE PALSY, Son). Yeshua said, the Son of Man has exousia (which is authority, power and jurisdiction) on earth to forgive sins-which is also bringing physical healing from a disease”— so, Yeshua said to the paralyzed man, I say unto thee, Arise and take up thy bed and go thy way into thine house. To tie this in with Rikayon, he needed healing from not being able to support himself, as so many of us needed and some still need; for Rikayon not being affiliated to much with their customs; he was as a blind man among the inhabitance of Egypt; Selah!!! So, when Rikayon understood that the custom of the king of Egypt, that on that one day of him appearing from his royal palace among the common folks, just to pass judgment in the land, that’s when everyone having a suit, they would come before the king that day to receive his request. Upon Rikayon hearing these words concerning their custom, he thought it would be awhile before he would be able to make himself known unto the king of Egypt. But, how many of you readers know, that Rikayon’s gifts of being a wise man who had understanding in all wisdom, plus having a attractive appearance (even as Hananiah, Mishael, Azariah and Daniel’s countenances appeared fairer and fatter in flesh than any of their peers) it was favor from Yehovah upon them; even as it was upon Rikayon. These gifts will make room for you and bring you before great men. Even Sarai’s beauty caused her to be brought before the great Pharaoh when she was sixty-five years of age. While Sarah’s beauty caused Abimelech, the king of the Philistines to bring Sarah before him, when Sarah was almost ninety years of age. What gift is causing you to be tugged before great men and you’re fighting your appointment in which is to elevate thee??? Nevertheless, Rikayon came to grips, he needed to do something and he needed to do something now. We will not rehearse what we penned in yesterday’s food for thought; for after Rikayon was humiliated by using his Elohiym given gifts in a very low fashion; he hired some protection. While a person having protection, it gives them more reasonable time to contemplate their next move. Since selling the vegetables of the ground was not working, because it was causing much toiling on a wise man’s behalf. So, Rikayon started using his understanding in all wisdom and one thing in which crossed his mind was the 19th verse of the 3rd chapter of the scroll of Genesis when Elohiym said to the man; dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return. To most folks, that means nothing, but, to a wise person who has understanding in all wisdom; that’s a commodity which would never go out of date. That commodity is selling burial plots; which range from two thousand dollars to five thousand dollars per person; and people will be dying, for plenty of battles were ahead of them and even ahead of us; Selah!!!! All in which Rikayon was doing, he had no knowledge he was still using his gifts; for part of becoming fully engulfed in what you’re appointed to, it’s done through practice; even while it seems as if you’re starving. Here is what caught our attention; we of the leadership team of Grace Message Church ministries, we, being Elohiym’s children: notice that Rikayon went out and hired valiant men to protect him; while church folks would ask; why did you hire those types of men??? Well, the Bible teaches that we take it by force. So much is this true; we’re able to read from the 12th verse of the 11th chapter of the scroll of Matthew which is penned in these words from the Amplified Bible: from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violent assault, and violent men seize it by force [as a precious prize]; Yeshua even said, in the future we would have to carry a sword, as can be seen in the 36th verse of the 22nd chapter of the scroll of Luke which reads, he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one. Here’s another part in which it seems as Rikayon, the wise man, should have been put to death for; but it’s done to get the king of Egypt attention. Rikayon said unto the valiant (dangerous or heroic) men he hired; thus saith Oswiris the son of Anom the king of Egypt, Strengthen yourselves and be courageous men, and let no man be buried here until two hundred pieces of silver be given, and then he may be buried; and those men did according to the order of Rikayon to the people of Egypt the whole of that year. Yes, he did this about a whole year, right up to the time in which the King of Egypt would come before the common sort of people. When he did, all the people of his kingdom came to him crying, because of the cost of burying their dead; which was free before as speaks the 18th verse of the 14th chapter of the scroll of Jahser in these words: What is this thing thou doest in the town to thy servants, not to suffer a dead body to be buried until so much silver and gold be given? Was there ever the like unto this done in the whole earth, from the days of former kings yea even from the days of Adam, unto this day, that the dead should not be buried only for a set price? Now we’re able to understand when we hear, funeral expenses and where the term of life insurance (which is actually death and burial expenses) come from. The people said to Oswiris their king; we know it to be the custom of kings to take a yearly tax from the living, but thou dost not only do this, but from the dead also thou exactest a tax day by day. Yes, someone pays for you to come into this sinful world and you or someone else will pay for your shell of a body to exit this same sinful world; Selah!!! We are fully aware that we’re stopping in a place which seems so inappropriate; when you were just wetting your whistle. But, enough has been said to make you go hmm!!! We will pick up from right here in our next food for thought; that’s if it’s Adonai’s will, until then, sayonara!!!!
