As we being saints (knowing the Word of God exquisitely, and on top of that, we, having the Ruach Hako’desh); yet, as we continue on our divine assigned journey given unto us by Elohiym; regardless of all the miracles God has performed through us, that’s healing the sick, casting out unclean spirits, raising the dead; feeding the hungry, visiting the sick and ministering to those in prison; there will come a point in your very own life when you would retreat into a cave for protection from something. Let’s just, for the sake of saying it, call these caves strongholds, or entrapments; Selah!!!! We, who are dining upon this food for thought are able to see that David, fled to a cave and became known as a stronghold unto him; as is shown in verses 14-15 of the 23rd chapter of the First scroll of Samuel, which was located in a wilderness, in the mountain of Ziph. This word Ziph, when searching it out from the Hitchcock’s Bible Names Dictionary, its meaning is: falsehood; yes, FALSEHOOD. Here’s our question; have you ever been anointed of God and had to take temporary shelter in something that was false (David and his six hundred mighty warriors did, when David hid among the Philistines, from Saul)??? Get this understanding people; Saul really only wanted to kill David, not the six hundred men of his: they would have been killed, because of their association and loyalty unto David. This stronghold was in the woods; yes, a place where the animals lived; nevertheless, David was on the Lord’s side (not a pretty picture for a future king, in which God had selected, is it)? We of the Leadership Team of Grace Message Church Ministries reiterate: sometimes you being on the LORD’S side, will have to hide among animal type behaving people; the lowest of the low; for the enemy (Yehovah) of my enemy (Satan) is my friend; just ask Abraham, in whom God called His friend. The reason why David was in the stronghold in Ziph, he was afraid of Saul; Jonathan’s father: but Jonathan knew where the place was and he came to David there, as is pointed out in the 16th verse of the 23rd chapter of the First scroll of Samuel. Let’s get real; being on the Lord’s side or not: everyone has run to their stronghold; for example, someone’s stronghold could have been recreational drugs. We, who are mature and have experienced drugs and were delivered from them; now being on the LORD’S side, we know that there is no such thing as recreational drugs; when it’s a stronghold in which you would find yourself stuck in, longer than you could imagine. Then there are strongholds of sexual, as pornography: ONE DAY, a man being a husband or not being married: he gets angry at his wife because she refuses to do her wifely duties, or the man who having not a wife; they reasoning out within themselves, that he does not want to cheat on his wife, or the unmarried man does not want to commit rape; so they in their own separate times watch naked women on line, and became addicted to videos and pictures, instead of his wife, or the unmarried man finding a wife: the same is vice a versa with the women unto her too busy husband; who probably works to much or is gone away from home too long; even loving sports more than he pays attention to her. After agreeing to the marriage, but not understanding that your marriage partner is now first before your birthright family members; in the which some family members become a person’s stronghold, or entrapment to loneliness. Night clubs are some people’s stronghold, seeing that you’re mostly in the dark and no one’s blemishes can be seen and even dating sights are some strongholds; just like Facebook and Instagram; most of them looking for sex or love, but carrying a killer disease. Here’s a doozy; what immature people are calling going to church; church has become many strongholds, in which people go to, to get their next high on God’s promises; they knowing, that they will not and have no desire to submit themselves unto what the Word of God says; it has now become a stronghold to them and an entrapment to them, by what they will be judged by, as is backed up in the 48th verse of the 12th chapter of the scroll of John in these words from the Complete Jewish study Bible: those who reject Yeshua and don’t accept what I SAY have a judge — THE WORD WHICH I HAVE SPOKEN WILL JUDGE THEM ON THE LAST DAY. Moving right along; if a person is willing to kill themselves, thinking that they cannot live without a person who just rejected them, causing them to kill everybody home (if you’re not able to see that that’s a stronghold, something is wrong with you and you’re ensnared right now in something evil and strong; as is seen in the 29th verse of the 12th chapter of the scroll of Matthew). In David being in the stronghold so long, it became a dependency unto him; which was a sense of falsehood of becoming David’s shield and buckler from the wrath of Saul—when the 4th verse of the 91st chapter of the scroll of Psalms acknowledges Yehovah TRUTHS, as being our (hand) shield and (our body shield; which surrounds the person and is known as a) buckler-seeing that we are able to read that Yehovah is our rereward; as speaks the 12th verse of the 52nd chapter of the scroll of Isaiah. These are the types of things both delivered and undelivered run to and become ensnared into their personal strongholds. Then the entrapped anointed person takes their entertainment into the stronghold; as is read in verses 1-2 of the 22nd chapter of the First scroll of Samuel in these words from the Amplified Version: so, David departed from there and escaped to the cave of Adullam (ANOTHER STRONGHOLD); and when his brothers and all his father’s house heard about it, THEY WENT DOWN THERE TO DAVID, IN THE STRONGHOLD. Everyone who was suffering hardship, and everyone who was in debt, and everyone who was discontented gathered to him (IN THE STRONGHOLD); and he became captain over them. There were about four hundred men with him. FOR DELIVERANCE, it will take another anointed man of God words; as was the case in the 5th verse of the 22nd chapter of First scroll of Samuel in these words from the Complete Jewish study Bible: the prophet Gad said to David, “Don’t stay in the stronghold. Leave, and go to the land of Y’hudah.” This name Y’hudah, it is the correct Jewish way of saying and spelling the name Judah. Here’s one of the reasons why the prophet being strong in the anointing, and had to be named Gad; David had to overcome that stronghold; and Gad’s name means overcome, by going on the attack of what has invaded where only God supposed to be. So, Gad told David to enter into praise, celebrating and worshiping of Yahweh (which was the heart he was born into) and not the strongholds, which gives a sense of false hope. We reiterate, what a person runs to for protection, it can become a snare; so, when the 4th verse of the 10th chapter of the Second scroll of Corinthians speaks concerning our spiritual weapons being mighty through supreme Divinity and not carnal (as are the caves we run to are carnal) the Ruach Hako’desh (which is Spiritual) helps us pull down those strongholds and bring about deliverance in ours or in someone else life whose stuck; it’s called restoring one in the Spirit of meekness as teaches the 1st verse of the 6th chapter of the scroll of Galatians in these words from the Amplified Bible: brothers, if anyone is caught in any sin, you who are spiritual [that is, you who are responsive to the guidance of the Spirit] are to restore such a person in a spirit of gentleness [not with a sense of superiority or self-righteousness], keeping a watchful eye on yourself, so that you are not tempted as well. Gad, after delivering David from his stronghold, David became the master of tearing down strongholds; which are every imagination that exalts its self above the knowledge of God; in which was strong even in the beginning, as can be read in the 5th verse of the 6th chapter of the scroll of Genesis in these words from the Amplified Bible: the Lord saw that the wickedness (depravity) of man was great on the earth, and that every IMAGINATION or INTENT OF THE THOUGHTS of his heart were only evil continually. What are you exalting about the knowledge of God, but you don’t see it as a stronghold; it’s there, if you believe it or not. Here is where we will allow you to Selah upon what was just said; we will speak with you at a later date; until then, sayonara!!!!
