As we continue from where we ended in our last food for thought which is dated the 12th day of the 9th month of the 2017th year. In it we stated that we would begin in verses 1-9 of the 47th chapter of the book of Isaiah: when in fact we will be starting from verses 1-9 of the 14th chapter of the book of Second Samuel. In these scriptures there are hidden emotions which have been cloaked. One of those emotions is love and this love flows from a father who sits as King over Israel unto his self exiled son who is condemned in the eyes of the people of Israel and according to the laws of God. We all know that commandment in which the 12th verse of the 20th chapter of the book of Exodus commands: thou shall not kill “this kill is speaking of committing murder.” Even the 21st verse of the 5th chapter of the book of Matthew acknowledges in these words: ye have heard that it was said by them of old time; thou shall not commit murder and whosoever shall commit murder shall be in danger of the judgment. This judgment in which the murderer is in danger of is; being judged by God, even as the first murderer was judged by God in verses 11-16 of the 4th chapter of the book of Genesis in which God cursed Cain, and Cain was cursed in the way of using the earth as a tool against him. That’s when Cain acknowledged that his punishment was greater than he could bear. We reiterate; King David had a son named Absalom who took vengeance on one of his own brothers which was from another mother; and the inflicted pain coming from Absalom was applied unto Amnon. After Absalom murdering his brother Amnon for not marrying Tamar after he forced her into sexual contact, which indicated that he treated her like a whore. This pushed Absalom overboard; and he plotted and planned the murder of Amnon “which is called in our days, premeditated murder” it carries a sentence of the first being a range of years (often up to life) in prison, and the second, either life without the possibility of parole or the death penalty (in states that allow it). Which tier of sentence the court hands down typically depends on whether the prosecution can prove any of a host of aggravating factors. There was no crime committed to Absalom by Amnon for Absalom to kill Amnon; neither were there any crimes committed to Simeon and Levi when Dinah was defiled by Shechem. For Shechem was more respectful towards Dinah, than Amnon was toward Tamar; understanding that Shechem desired to marry Dinah at any cost. Absalom fully aware that his actions toward his brother Amnon was out of order, so he fled as is pointed out in the 37th verse of the 13th chapter of the Second book of Samuel; when in fact; Shechem came to Jacob as can be seen in the 4th verse of the 34th chapter of the book of Genesis; asking Jacob’s approval to marry his daughter Dinah. Absalom remained in exile for a total of three years; in these three years of Absalom exile, it gave King David time to heal over the loss of his son Amnon. After healing, King David longed to go forth unto Absalom; even as the father in the 20th verse of the 15th chapter of the book of Luke saw his self exiled son a great way off, and his father had compassion and ran and fell on his son’s neck and kissed him. This was the heart of David; but David was afraid of what his congregation named Israel would say; for the congregation understood that if it had been one of their sons, which murdered one of their other sons; King David would not have had any trouble carrying out the punishment of killing the person who killed; though they were brethren. Please keep in mind; God said from the 15th verse of the 9th chapter of the book of Romans through the mouth of Paul the apostle of Yhowshua the Christ: I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. In saying that; saints have not a clue that God is able to condemn one person for a crime “such as murder, rape, adultery, idolatry etc: and yet acquit someone else in whom He has chosen for His special task, His purpose and His will “people such as Judah, Moses, Aaron, David, Saul and each and every one of us who is reading this epistle as is said in the 33rd verse of the 8th chapter of the book of Romans: Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. By God making a decision like this, He’s still God; keep in mind that father King David, being a symbolic picture of el Shadday in the flesh. Yes we of the leadership team of Grace Message Church ministries said el Shadday, instead of JEHOVAH; if the term JEHOVAH would have been used, it would have caused for judgment; so in using el Shadday, mercy comes forth through David who was a symbolic picture of one who is to set the captives free from being exiled from the father’s face, as we were. In all of this, Joab being the son of Zeruiah “and Zeruiah is a sister of David’s, her name means wounded” Joab feeling David’s wounds and he being the general of King David’s army; he had to show David that he had David’s back if David decided to show forth compassion and acquit Absalom, and bring his son back from exile. In verses 2-3 of the 14th chapter of the Second book of Samuel we see Joab move into action. These are the words in which Joab put in the woman from Tekoah’s mouth; when the woman of Tekoah spoke to the king, she fell on her face to the ground, and reverenced him, and said, Help, O king. And the king said unto her, what is thy case? She answered, I am indeed a widow woman, and mine husband is dead. Thy handmaid had two sons, and they two fought each other in the field, and there was none to part them, but the one smote the other, and slew him. Behold, the whole family “symbolic of all of Israel” is risen against thy handmaid, and they said, Deliver him “symbolic Absalom” that smote his brother “symbolic Amnon” that we may kill him, for the life of his brother whom he slew; and we will destroy the heir also: and so they shall quench my coal which is left, and shall not leave to my husband neither name nor remainder upon the earth. This Joab cleverly orchestrated to arouse parent David’s compassion the more towards his rejected son. The lesson here for us all today is, you may be the person who was wronged, or the person who wronged someone, or maybe you don’t have a thing to do with it but, your self- righteousness kicks in and you want to condemn someone; if so, still show compassion which is charity; for charity covers a multitude of sins. This has just been something to insight you inner man’s mind. Here is where we will pause for the moment, for enough has been revealed to strike some kind of compassion, or you are already dead. Remember this; we of the leadership team of Grace Message church ministries love you, even if you do not love us, sayonara!!!!
